When ripe it flows and is beautiful spread on fresh bread - fruit bread is even better!
Slices of fresh fruit are a fabulous accompaniment, also quince paste which enhances the whole taste experience.

Whole milk, collected after the morning milking, non animal rennet, salt for preservation, cultures for flavour development.
